Quiet place not far from historical center. Lovely terrace with sea and cathedral view. Helpful owner offered early check-in. Comfortable room with rooftop and sea view. Great location to explore.

We found a great location in a beautiful stately townhouse. The apartment was on the top floor with a stunning roof terrace where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The room was spacious and had a private bathroom next door. The host, Gian Pietro, was friendly, welcoming, and lived in the apartment as well. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby historic center and being very close to the sea.
That the entrance bathroom was next to the sleeping room, requiring us to pass through the hall. However, as this area was specifically for guests, it didn't pose any major inconvenience for us.

The B&B in Genoa had a great host who was helpful and made us feel comfortable. The room was nice and the bathroom had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a coffee machine was a fantastic addition. The view of the sea and cruise ships from the terrace was amazing. The bus stop to the train station was conveniently located.

The hotel's location near the historic center and very close to the sea made it convenient for exploring the city. I could easily walk to all the major attractions and enjoy the beautiful coastal views. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff did a great job of maintaining the rooms and common areas. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

We had such a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to easily explore the city and conveniently access the train station. The room exceeded our expectations, being even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean and the host was incredibly kind and considerate. The terrace provided a stunning view and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
